Thoughts, Ideas, Unsolicited Advice
- I must decide how much I really care about technology and my involvement in it. I find that I get really depressed when I am behind a computer for too long. It makes me feel isolated. It would probably be a good idea to detach myself more and more from certain possessions. It would be good to define those possessions I don’t want to live without (e.g. God, family, pictures, etc.). I wonder how Mark Pilgrim is fairing in his journey away from computers.
- I started really getting into HTML because I thought I could do better. Better than the guy selling Taylor’s baseball cards, better than the guy running the church website, better than the guy running my work’s website. What does that mean?
- My cursive writing is terrible. I saw a cursive writing book for kids at Wal-Mart last night. I could probably find some free exercises online.
